Dreams Don't Come Real Just Because You Dream Them. It Is Hard Performance That Creates Change
At present, Africa is striving to get out of the chaotic situation that it found itself in. Undoubtedly, it will survive the hardship. No matter how costly the way out, there will be a way. Most important is that the people of Africa are confident that they are on the right track. If the direction is known to be right, then, Africa will get its desired destination no matter how long the journey may take. There are many reasons for being optimistic about the future
1, Various Africa political groups, at home and abroad, hostile to each other for years have now been able at least to sit next to one another, and talk in peace. This has never been the case in fifty years. If leaders begin to do politics the right way, people will follow the normal path. Moreover, Nearly all of the armed groups have already given up armed struggle and prepared for a “civilized politics”.
2, Second, Africa have begun to show some progress in practicing democracy. We see individuals and groups express their thoughts freely. This freedom is hoped to open the way for development.
3, Third, national Peace and reconciliation is around the corner. Such an initiative is timely and useful since it will heal the wounds of history and open a new way forward. It is believed that peace, love and reconciliation will provide a sound basis for a new, just and inclusive society where everybody lives together in happiness leaving the past for the past. The people of Africa seem to have learned that it is much better to be happy about being correct tomorrow than being sad about making mistakes yesterday. For these reasons, one may, surely, say that better days are coming.
